1. Course Fees & Payments
- All payments made towards any course, workshop, or program at ADS Trading Academy are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Once a student has enrolled and made a payment, no refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances.
2. Exceptional Cases
Refunds may only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:
- If ADS Trading Academy cancels a scheduled course or session due to unforeseen reasons. In such cases, students may opt for a reschedule or a full refund.
- If a duplicate payment is made due to a technical error, a refund can be processed after verification.
3. No Refund for Partial Attendance
- If a student enrolls but fails to attend the classes, leaves the course midway, or is unable to continue for any reason, no refund or adjustment will be provided.
4. Course Rescheduling & Transfers
- Students may request to reschedule their batch to a later date if seats are available. This is subject to approval and may involve rescheduling fees.
- Enrollments are non-transferable to another person.
5. Refund Process (If Applicable)
- If a refund is approved under exceptional cases, it will be processed within 7-14 working days through the original payment method.
